		<description>These statements are so true!  On my job I see many discouraging things daily but I have always been tought that things could get worse.  There is nothing that can not be overcome with team work and and the right attitude.  Sometimes the smile on your face will turn around a poor situation for yourself and others.</description>

		<description>This is all so true.  I agree that many fall short in the &quot;Dependability&quot; category.  Nobody wants to take responsibility for themselves anymore.  It is always about blaming someone else.  You can see it in all industries.</description>
